Inspired by human potential and driven by the desire to help others.
With a constant drive to learn and grow, plus 15 years’ experience and trainings in personal development, healing, coaching, yoga, mental health, meditation and spiritual studies, I am passionate about building a community where others can feel supported and inspired to create balance, navigate growth and personal transformation.

After working through and overcoming many of my own challenges, I share my insight and wisdom to guide and empower others on their journey.

I offer unwavering support, encouragement and guidance for people to become more self-empowered and equipped with resources to manage stress and tap into their inner potential.
With a love of mindfulness, mental health, meditation, the phenomenon of psychosomatics, energy, healing and connecting to the power of nature, I am excited to work with you.
